depends on what kind of divorce. If you and your spouse agree on how to settle everything, you do not need lawyer; however if you cannot come to term on how to settle everything, you need to find a lawyer to represent you then.
If u are just doing a simple divorce, means both parties agree to divorce and there's no children or there is an agreement on the custody, this guide should do good enough.
there are many websites offer this service. just google it.
but remember, you still need to swear in front of a lawyer, notary public or...., and they will charge you.
so if you find a lawyer that charge cheap, is better just has the lawyer to do everything la.
