At first .. I was thinking ..  white cop? red cop?  blue cop?   I think white cop is one of the cop ..

I do not know about which color of cop come first or leave first...  don't think it goes by color anyway.. haha..   

but, their shift is a 12 hours shift, that's why their break time is longer than people who have a 8 hrs day work.  therefore, to me that they stay at tim horton for over an hour, this is understandable.

i just do not like how they usually have cops investigate cops when there is issue comes up.  they need to set up a crown corp organization for this kind of investigation.

You don't know they're white, nothing in the actual report say they're white.  So what this country is 85% white, that mean 15% of the people is of different race, which mean there is still the probability of non-white cop.

It seem to me your purpose of saying it is racist.

Yes ..  we know ~ 80% people in Canada are white ..  but in Vancouver ..  may be down to 50-60% ..  

Most IMPORTANT ..   how many WHITE guys here in LYK???

I dont think we need to say " to LYK who IS chinese ..  "   

Like my wife's company .. yes, it is in Canada .. but as an IT company .. more then HALF staffs are chinese ...  (actually, only the Bosses, and managers are white)   so .. if my wife tell me " the white guy from my companay ...  is eating donut ...  "  then I will assume .. either her boss or her manager .. I won't say they are ALL white .. right?
