Why do I have to whine it in Chinese here?
It seems like you are the one who whining here wor....
I took my action and I don't think I'm brave.
I just know we have the same right as others as long as I hold my Canadian Passport.
I respect others and you can go ahead and believe what you see.
And I believe what I see.
If you want to have example, an example for you la gum.
a year ago, I went to Wendy's with my bf at night.
We stood there for couple minutes and nobody serve us.
Perhaps, we dress like we are a Chinese or honger teenager?
or the term "fob"?
As soon as someone finally help us, we asked them if we could change it to bake potato instead of fries. The asian girl was very shy and asked a more senior staff, which is a Caucasian. When the meal came, I asked the girl how come you gave me fries. The b**tchy Caucasian yell at the little girl and said "then give them a potato". I was not impress by the services that I received. I went back to my seat and asked the janitor if they have a complaint form that I can fill up.
After I filled up my form, I brought the whole tray back to the counter and I told the Caucasian girl that I need to see her manager. And that B*tch still thinks it's funny, and scream back in the kitchen " xxxx, we are in trouble!". Then, the assitant manager asked me what's wrong with the food. I told her that it's nothing wrong with the food, and I don' t need a refund. I told her that I wrote down my complaint on the complaint form. And the manager read my form loud in the public and try to make me embarrassed.
I just left the restaurant without wasting my time to argue with them.
Instead, as soon as we went back home. We wrote a long formal complaint letter to their Western District Manager. The next day, the District Manager replied right the way and asked if my bf can leave him the phone# so that he can apologized to my bf.
End up, the district manager made his formal apology to us and sent us 3 free coupon with his signatures on it. We went back to the same Wendy for drive through and show our coupon to the cashier when the cashier asked for payment.
It is something that she never seen before and she asked that manager again.
As soon as the manager see that card, she wasn't even dare to look at us and quickly finish the transaction
Moral of the story? I'm not showing off how I fight back. I'm just trying to tell you that, instead of whining or use your term "reporting" these incidents. Why don't you step up and speak up for yourself? "reporting" these incidents on internet will not help the situation. |
