I like Kelseys...  I've been to the one near Silvercity in Richmond a couple of times (usually before and after going to the movies), their food is pretty decent...  But I haven't had their chicken wings though.

Well, it's free. I don't expect the taste would be too good. However, I am in for their promotion. Not a bad idea to test it out, lol
