it's not sealed. i have opened the box to check the camera out, but just never used it for anything. if i got it from credit card fraud i would sell it for a much cheaper price since it costs nothing. however, i used 80% of my saving to purchase it....

it's no problem buying stolen products, just ask him for the pin of the camera, cross reference it with nikon, see if its stolen. if its stolen no warranty. nikon boxes are never sealed. i don't want to accuse him for selling hot products on LYK, but no receipt brought it for a month, and brand new unused is usually a sign of a product obtained illegally. it no problem buying stolen products, just adjust your price accordingly..usually these cameras goes for 50-60% of the retail price, due to lack of warranty.

brand new price is about $1100 not so cheap la. May be no receipt no warranty.
