One of the most dirtiest Jap restaurant in Metro Vancouver.

Really?  I haven't been for some time... Last time I went was fall last year... And friend pickup takeouts... oops...

The whole idea of Cheap Japanese food is wrong,
I said many time the Sashimi quality salmon costs $15-18 per pound,
that is $1.40 per slice of fish at cost.  If you are  paying  less than
$2.00 a piece, it is mostly likely you are at risk.
While the Farm-raised Atlantic Salmon is $2.89 per pound but it is
prohibited to be served raw according to the CFIA regulation.
The only way to serve the farm salmon is to BBQ it  for BC rolls.

Further more, the sushi fish is supposed to be kept at 0 Degree Celcius,
Guest what happen if the sushi chef take the refrigerator door away and
cook  tempura, BBQ in the back? The fish get heated up and start spoiling.
Check it out next time you go to your fav sushi bar, 90% of time it happen,
real scary
