2500 txt messages to any provider, including MSN...free (originally I had the 1000 txt msgs 'cause I was UBC student but then they took it off for some reason...called in and they gave me 2500 free...even though I am no where near that txt msg limit. lol)
$10 Caller ID, VM, a bunch of useless feat like missedcall or sth....but it's better than adding on caller id and vm separately. 33% credit off of $10

I called Rogers again today and was able to get SE W580i and the 8GB memory card for free and extended my unlimited evenings to 6 instead of 8. They are going to charge me $99 for the phone and $35 for activation fee, but will credit me $15 for 10 months, which bascially will cover the charge for the phone.

You have to call the retention to get the deal.... Rogers dealers won't do it.

Yes definitely, if you want a quick result ( by talking to the retention department ) the useless person can't help you much, make sure u just say 'i want to cancel my phone' they will immediately switch over to the right department.

last time my bill wasn't correct so i talked to the person, he keep argue with me which up to no where, then i ask if i can talk to retention department, he said no. You have to cancel your phone in order to talk to them. So i fed up and i just said, i want to cancel my phone ( in a pissed tone ). and he switches to the retention department immediately.

So my final word, stop wasting time with the useless people and head straight up to the retention department.
