I think the VW was asking for it, if the bimmer didn't dodge, the VW would have hit the bimmer already. I think the bimmer was pissed and was trying to slip in front of the VW coz if he really wanted to hit the VW, he would have done it a lot earlier.

vw deserved it.  there was no car behind the bmw, but the vw drove between two lanes to pass the bus.  
if i were the bmw i will claim, i knew there was a bus beside me, so i kept enough space and cut in front of the bus, but i didn't know there was another car sped up and drove between the bus and my car.
