Doing something you have passion for (at least well paid enough to be passionate about the money), in A/Ced office, free coffee and tea, surf the internet half the day, watch stock when market's trading, LYK on other times, hit the company gym for an hour here or there, 4-5 weeks annual vacation (or even better, paid out), paid sick days, etc...

Ya, he got a tough job, but that's how life is. Maybe now he's finally relieved from his hardship.

And again, there's no point complaining or commenting on what is fair and what is not.  Just give you best in the given situation.

You are already rich so you don't have to work that much anyway. But it is still good as you can spend more time with the family.
