[中餐館] 東一街x皇美食執左 ？

美食
十天內，兩次行過東一街x皇美食，都見到暫停營業告示，執左定係釘左牌 ？

they were closed down for inspection orders. this is not their first time lor...

maybe they cant fix their problems

I remember this Happy KXXX was quite dirty... They put unwashed dishes outside washroom....  
After reading the list, it seems to me no Chinese restaurnt is clean....

It is possible but 90+ % of the Chinese restaurant owners do not bother,
until they get into trouble with the health dept
