morally corrupted ....I dun have a guideline for morally corrupted ...how would you define that?

My moral as mention above is how people treat other people.
is how you treat your friends, neighbors, strangers and thieves.

People from some country say hello to strangers.
some other will ignore them.

People from some country gives dignity to thieves.
some other will just beat them to death.

咁我又唔會以一個國家做比較單位. 唔同地方都會有好人or 壞人. 當然唔同國家係有唔同既文化修養既水平, 而我覺得冇文化(如通街大小便)既人唔代表佢係壞人, 而每次去廁所都會洗手既都唔代表佢係好人.

I see a lot of these people in Canada and the US.

I hope people in Canada and the US will respect other people more, as Canadians and Americans very often look down on other countries by talking from a moral high point, when in fact it is the North Americans that are morally corrupt.

people just only remember the days around 30 years before 1997. Does any of the people remember how much of us got killed and how many women got raped during the invasion or the lives right after the surrender?

Remember how do those old people tell their old story about not to go out alone (especially girls) during the Eng/US battle ships stopped in the harbor?

How was moral value better in HK before 97?  
How was it lowered after 97?
Which government policy impacted the moral value negatively after 97?
How can a "Western country" government improve the moral of HK?
