港人「夜蒲」及置業熱點、深圳福田水圍村，昨發生開槍救人案。持刀槍獨行匪入屋行劫後被警方包圍，綑綁及挾持少女與警方對峙四小時，並揚言與人質一鑊熟。危急關頭，警方派出一名面容慈祥的公安「阿叔」扮送錢迷惑匪徒，「笑面神槍手」不負重託，火速拔槍，由鐵閘空隙「高難度」連轟四槍，三秒鐘擊殺匪徒，女人質安然無恙。有在場港人表示，若菲律賓特警有此技術，八名港人不致於命殞異國

案發於昨晨十時許，廿六歲姓何湖北籍男子，身懷黑星手槍及一把利刀，在福田水圍村尋找行劫目標，其後尾隨廿四歲姓田四川籍少女返回七街一幢大廈二樓住所，趁機推田女入屋，用槍指住田女頭部威嚇交出五萬元，因單位有一廳一房，當時田女的廿歲姓胡表妹在房內，聞聲後暗中報警。公安特警迅速包圍案發單位，首先趕到場的警員，在混亂間用身體掩護胡女逃離現場。另一邊廂，匪徒將田女綁起，擎槍與警方對峙，期間與談判專家討價還價近一小時，要求當局給他五萬元，並提供一部警車讓他離開，談判專家佯裝答允，同時觀察屋內環境以備伺機救人。但是，匪徒其後數次變卦，又揚言殺人質後再自盡。

鐵閘隙開槍悍匪無從還火
對峙期間，狙擊手因視線受阻，無法由屋外鎖定匪徒，加上匪徒情緒愈趨激動，特警若強攻隨時害死人質。至下午二時，警方重新部署，認為要解決匪徒只能出其不意，最後選出一名街坊打扮、面容慈祥老實的「四眼」中年男警出擊，佯裝送錢和送車匙，伺機擊斃匪徒。該名「神槍阿叔」登樓後，其他特警荷槍實彈藏身梯間隨時增援。阿叔隔門向匪徒道明來意，誘匪徒打開木門，擎槍與一臉誠意的阿叔隔着鐵閘傾談。突然間，阿叔從後腰間拔出手槍，從鐵閘的空隙中向匪徒連開四槍，匪徒完全無機會還火，便中彈倒地。其他特警衝前爆開鐵閘，入屋救出田女，她並無受傷，但受驚過度，由「神槍阿叔」親自護送到樓下，乘救護車送院檢驗。

港人嘆菲警不及內地公安
「神槍阿叔」一手拎槍，一手打電話向上峰報告人質安全。據悉，姓何疑匪無業，在深圳無固定住址，其犯案用手槍乃五四式手槍。大批圍觀者拍手稱快，當中有港人有感而發，指內地公安對挾持人質的匪徒決不手軟，而且戰術得當，若解救香港人質的菲律賓特警都有如此的戰術，就不會害死八名港人。

If the 示意圖 is close to the real situration, why did the cop had to fire 4 shots to capture the criminal?

one rule for cop (for any cop, I think). If you need to shoot someone, keep shooting until u feel safe that the suspect lose his/her ability to move

    You are the only one.
If your mission is to kill someone by a handgun, you need to shoot few times to make sure the target can't shoot back.  Shot target has more than few seconds to trigger the gun after shot at heart.  First shot shocks the body to non functional for 1 or 2 seconds, then target can fire back, so it requires second or third shots to be safe, unless it was shot to the brain, or nerve.

Guess I got the wrong point of his mission. I thought he was to save the hostage and capture the criminal.
