Got lower back injury a 3 weeks ago. No weight lifting in these 3 weeks.
I dont really do squat since i can't perform it properly.
I usually do hack squat, lunges, leg extension.
For bench press, I dont really go 1RM, but my 5 RM is 190 lbs.
DB shoulder press is 70 lbs for 10 reps.
Conventional Deadlift 255 for 3 reps.
And I will test my 5 RM on those big compound exercises every 9 weeks.
i dont do any isolation excercises and dont use dumbells lol. I train exclusively for power and not size.
It's funny too i kinda tweaked my lower back from deadlift as well so I havent been diong that for more than a month.
also stopped doing bench because I was afraid of too much shoulder stress
my current stats are
all in lbs below, good form no cheating
squats: 270 x 5 reps x3 sets
deadlifts: 255 x 5 x 3
dips: bodyweight + 45 x 5 x 3
chinups: body weight +55 x 5 x 3
pullup: body weight + 52.5 x 5 x 3
