日本大學揭中國偽留學醜聞 (12:25)

日本青森大學開除140名偽裝留學實為赴日打工的中國學生，並質疑中方協助他們在日語能力考試作弊。

青森大學就中國留學生偽裝留學問題召開記者會，宣布給予開除學籍處分的留學生達到140人。

據悉，被開除學籍的3成學生，偽造了證明能支付學費的文件。其中有人將無業的父親寫成「教員」等。

此外，日方重新審查了在中國實施的日語能力考試結果，發現了疑似作弊的雷同錯誤答案等。

青森大學約有250名留學生，其中8成來自內蒙古自治區的語言學校等3所合作校。青森大學認為中國校方可能協助舞弊，已解除了合作關係。

校長末永洋一道歉說：「因為我們的審查不夠充分，因此未能識破作假。」（共同社）

Can't say for the whole NA, but in Canada Visa student can get apply for work permit

impossible to 整頓貪污腐化問題. 貪污腐化問題exists in every level of the gov/party, branching, interlinking. if you 整頓 1 person, you have to 整頓 all ppl. which leads to "instability of the society", "disrupts the harmony"...etc. if chinese ppl are not willing to overthrow the party, nth will be solved.

Just look at countries like Italy, India and the Phillippines. They are democratic countries, but still very corrupted. It would be naive to think that overthrowing the communist party will solve the problem.
