Dr. Jeffery Zhang
Fairmount medical center West Broadway.
He's a well respected Dr. who makes exams for the gov't for acupuncturists certifications. He is also appointed by Hospitals in Lower mainland to treat stroked and paralized patients by the practice of acupuncture. I've refered lots of people to him and they've refered their friends and relatives.
