Give some backing that people in the mainland speaks better English.
Obviously there's people in mainland that speaks better English, but on average/a whole? Even if I let you isolate it to just SH only, I still have my doubt.
I think it's more 母語教育 in HK than the Internet. If anything the internet will force english exposure. |
