還好, 美國有獨立法治, Kentucky Fried Chicken可以提控告另 'New Kentucky Fried Chicken' 改名為 'New Kantacky Fried Chicken'. 加上 'New Kantacky Fried Chicken' 並沒有模仿KFC的顏色, logo, 沒有在感覺上另你以為是KFC. 用名人名稱, 沒有大問題, 天下咁多OBAMA, KENNEDY, 底線係, 他們有沒有刻意, 你另誤信為另一牌子.  GRAB-N-GO 與 IN-N-OUT有各自不同的logo, 色系, 格調, 你不會混淆兩鋪, 自然沒有問題.
最重點是你有否刻意在名字,logo,裝修,形象上誤導顧客. 還有是否非法使用肖像權.

when you have 1000x case, cheaper doesn't help. you need x10000 legal expenses to x1000 case.
