Adnan Evren and his wife Donna who have recently immigrated to Chilliwack from Germany, are real rotisserie experts. They bring 18 years of experience with German meat specialties to the Vancouver Christmas Market and entice us with the wonderful aromas and tastes. To complete the authentic German food experience, freshly baked buns and the original German potato salad is served alongside. Next year the Evren family is looking forward to welcoming you in the German restaurant they are planning to open – until then do not miss this traditional food experience “Oktoberfest style” at the market…

You should try it if you're there.  $12 + ~1hr wait though, but worth it.

Juicy, freshly baked right out of the oven, not overly salty.

Btw, their plastic fork and knife are no match against the gigantic kunckle, so either bring your own gear or eat it like a caveman, very very satisfying like you just ate your friend's arm, 天與地 style!

Had it Sunday night. Texture is just like Chinese Roast Pork. Just warmer and tenderer on the inside and harder/crispier on the outside. The marinate is not very even tho, so some part was salty and some part is just blend... a bit over-priced really.

"The marinate is not very even", agree, but that's because of the variable thickness of meat, so that's understandable.

$12 is not that over-priced, 'cause if you buy Chinese Roast Pork it'll cost you just as much if not more.

update: They are opened at River Rock Richmond Night Market 2012!  Same price, $12 a big knuckle!
