Different router have different settings. You can look yours up in the router menu or over the web. Basically the idea is prioritizing VOIP signal over the other when there's a sharing conflict.
BTW, normal VOIP upload rate won't exceed 0.1Mbps. The normal Shaw high speed service should have served you well enough for this purpose if your settings are fine tuned. |
