Read that news yesterday or so.
Quite impressing they are using so many precast modules.
Maintenance and installation are quite simple.
Work well with contractors but I don't think architects would like the idea because it limits quite a bit of openings. Furthermore, it can't go crazy high otherwise it can't be cost effective...
