一條樁，短幾呎，幾十萬, too much la... it may be the "extreme" case, but certainly not normal... For extreme case, it must be "executed" by the very "professional"... which means, they all know what they are doing, and they all know what would happen, and they all know what wouldn't happen... Unless, they are "stupid"...
十幾萬, more realistic...
Approaching the maximum cost efficiency without sacrifying safety is the art of profit generation in "construction"...
In Asia, they don't need the best engineer, what they need is the "best" project manager... And the "best" means cost efficient... |
