It's always the same everywhere, either you work and pay taxes or you don't work and get subsidized...

I think the problem is that ANY policy to help/support/subsidize the poverties will ended up being abused if not monitored and executed cautiously. Simply one like giving money Scheme $6000 already caused so much issues.

You can be 香港人 or whatever 人 but that doesn't give you the right to survive.

Naturally, if you can't survive on your own, you deserve to die. However, in the current absurd world, even if you can't survive, you would still be kept alive, living an undignified life like mud on the ground.
