我之前都在 TnT 買過, 食完都冇事, 不過我唔係生食, 係就咁放滾水煮15-20 mins, 蝦肉非常鮮甜~~~ ...

Cooked prawn are much better than raw prawns. But the best way is to steam them, as this will preserve the flavor. Putting the prawns in boiling water will dilute the taste. |
