best western coconut, a few blocks away from main strip. Very clean and comfortable hotel with good breakfast. Very close to bus stop, buy the visitor bus passes and you dont even need to rent a car if you just stay in waikiki area.

When you are going? My friend works in one hotel there and I can check if she could get you upgrade or perks.

Plan changed, probably will go Riviera Maya (tight in budget) prefer all inclusive.
