想問問有美國租車經驗的人士，邊間靠得住？

準備Summer飛落聖地牙哥，在當地租車自駕遊，應該週圍兜，然後想在羅省機場還車。請問邊間比較大型可靠公司？. Ths

all of them are pretty much the same.  get the cheapest deal.

remember, rent it with the basic coverage.  Extend insurance is covered by bcca.

if you can drop off and pick up at airport locations (san diego airport and LA airport) try priceline first... lowest posted daily rate is ard $25 but definitely bid lower than that to start with

Very easy, all the big names are okay. If you have entertainment book, just to look up for coupons.

San Diego's car rental centre is away from airport and you need to take their shuttle bus. And the airport actually in San Diego downtown so it is very easy to get around.

Make sure don't drive down to Mexico, it is so close from SD to mexico. You will loss all 4 tires and CD, GPs no matter where you park.

For the last 3 times, I use Budget and they are all OK. I am also on their Rapid account, so I can get in and out without registering anything.

A few suggestions:
- you really want to think twice on one-way rental.  Usually, it is very expensive and limit your options.
- Check with your friends who work in large company to see if they have any corporates discount.  Usually they just need a code during reservation.  However, depending on location, travel sites, like Hotwire or priceline can be cheaper.  You can check betterbidding.com on the successful bids
- take a photocopy of your ICBC  insurance (or whoever you are with on extended coverage). Some rental companies want to confirm you are covered before allowing you to decline their insurance.

選一個最低價, book咗先. 你又唔使比錢先, 卡no.都唔使比.
但係你都可以繼續每天找一個更低的.

我就試過兩次, 在同一公司, 同一款車, 差一天, 個價可以係一半.
我就再book一次, 收到confirm後, 再取消之前的一個booking.

當你去攞車時, 要多口問再有冇special, 我又試好多次, 佢地比我upgrade中車變大車, 好多時只係差幾蚊. 最低試過加一蚊一日, Corolla 變Camry.

What would be the approx. "low price" for renting a van?

Last time in Vancouver, a Caravan is about $110 a day + insurance.
