Free income tax software

I have been using Studio Tax for the last 7 years.  Version 2013 is available now.  But it's not certified yet.  Probably have to wait till end of January.

Another free program is Taxman. But no 2013 version yet.

These are the only two free programs that I can remember.  There used to be about 4 or 5.

The free one is OK for those who have simple returns to fill, or spend the money on UFile and break it up with friends.

They work fine for employees, with typical T3, T5, RRSP, medical expense, school fees slips.  The first time I used Studio Tax, I did my return using Quick Tax(now Turbo Tax).  Both have the same results. From that on, I just used Studio Tax and never buy a retail program.
Studio Tax also has great tech support. The first time I contacted them on Sunday about a form, they answered back within 40 minutes. I was not expecting an answer till the following workday. That was a pleasant surprise.
