有Practise Yoga & meditation 朋友嗎?

近來對Yoga  同Meditation 很感興趣, (可能係因為New Age stuff 的影响吧 ^_^)
不過自己英文唔太好, 所以未有join 到local 既Mediatation / Yoga Class.
然而我還是剛起步, 請問有朋友可以俾些意見 / 有興趣交流一下嗎?


* 另外我有興趣找些對Spirituality 同 New Age 有興趣的 Email friends to exchange idea and thoughts. (I am around 25-30 female),

I believe there are Chinese yoga lessons offered in community centre. You can check out School Board's Continuing Education.

Ya I've actually went to some community centres to check it out too.
Yet I found most Yoga stuff offered there are the types that emphasis on fitness rather than spiritual growth.

Btw, it looks like most meditation stuff is so bounded to religion...wonder if one can do some 'pure' meditation with the "label' of religion,

I'm just get started to play Yoga .................. with my Wii Fit. Hehe..... At least now I know, it's not easy! Hehe...........
