You have to pay the management fees if you live in a highrise. Look at all the highrises in downtown, they are all very expensive.

I totally agree with you. That is why I am watching every penny I spend carefully in the hope that I can save enough for my retirement. We are all adults and we must be accountable for our own decisions. I do not live in a highrise, because they are just too expensive as somebody said. I just live in a cheap low rise apartment, but the maintenance fee is still expensive, around $250. I am no better than any one, just that I was born cheap, try to live cheaply and do not want to waste my breath in complaining about this 'Global issue' which is happening in HK, Europe, Asia and almost everywhere.

$17 a liter ?? tat's very expensive wor... a 50 liter tank would cost u $800 to fill... damn.. tat's expensive
