Inside Sales Consultant
Frontier Capital Real Estate Group Ltd. is a real estate marketing and distribution company located in downtown Vancouver.
Our company is currently in need of an energetic and talented individual who is interested in becoming a part of this growing firm.
In this full-time permanent position, you will be responsible for initiating and fostering business to business relationships, setting up meetings for Senior Consultants and helping out other teams on a project by project basis.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you offer support with your:

Previous experience in real estate and investment
-
Proven track record in prospecting leads and developing pitches and proposals
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude
-
Responsive and articulate phone presentation talent
-
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-
Attention to detail and adaptability, along with strong time management skills
-
Superior written and verbal communication skills
-
Past sales related experience (2+ years preferable)
-
Fluency in a second language (preferably Asian) an asset
As part of the Sales team, you will be responsible for:
-
Prospecting and building business relationships
-
Building, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
-
Giving weekly updates on new activities and developments
-
Placing follow-up calls to clients on a continual basis
-
Providing valuable input at weekly sales meetings
-
Helping to meet monthly team and personal revenue targets
-
Participating in seminars and group demonstrations
