Garden City & No.4 Road Richmond Garden, City, Road, Richmond, amp

Just came back home passing this area...`````` and I saw the whole road blocked! with lots of police cars covering that area....
and on the way heading home....i saw @ least 3 more police cars heading to that area........

but...cannot find anything regarding about this road block on the radio / news 1130....

anyone know?!?!?! !!!

n one of the wheels were bent...
