Does this rule apply to all members at any time? Or only when some members (the majority) complain about one particular member (the minority)?

Ultramon, I do not think Admin wants to ban anyone but this time Toppy crossed the line by posting those racism threads.  I find it amazing that you do not find it offend by his last thread.  I kind of feel he is encouraging racism.  Is that the right thing to do?

He's annoyed & maybe offended, that's why he skipped all toppy posts. I think Ultraman is just a very proper gentleman that doesn't encourage combat/ swearing, rather just avoid the problem lor.....

Yes, I also think Mr. T had been offending/abusing/annoying... whatever you can name. But to be fair, all because of those reasons and so we can yell and swear back? Isn't swearing is also not allowed here at any time without any exemptions?

I found him/his related posts are annoying and disgusting, and so I chose to ignore him as a whole. Many of us chose to swear back and with all kinds of  their own ways to revenge, which to be honest I think their bitter feelings can be much understandable (rather to criticize right or wrong).
However, I just challenged the admin, why he has/there is double standard to handle this case. If Mr. T should be suspended, how about all others who swore? But of course, I don't mean I want all those others would be suspended. Just curious, if admin is not going to follow the rules he established by himself, how and why should we follow?

Like I said, Admin has no intention to suspend anyone unless that someone crossed the line.  The line defined by admin himself.  It's nothing to do with swearing anymore.  Sometimes ignoring is not a solution; What would you do if you are new to this board and saw all the stuff that has going on?  You can choose to ignore because you know his reputation already.  He is just getting worse and worse.  I tried many time to reason with him but he never listened.

But I have to agree with one thing; I do not like those who just swearing back and copied and pasted back.  That would be as annoying too.

I agree. It's not about the swearing and yelling anymore. The issue is that Mr. T has made a lot of people uncomfortable by starting all these racism-related threats, and that is probably why he was banned. If any member of LYK started a thread that started swearing and yelling, and that member was causing other members to feel uncomfortable, he/she may be warned, then banned too.
