He is ok ga....he was my sister's wedding videographer.  He'll be my wedding videographer this summer as well. Very friendly guy~!

Bailey is very good and experienced. My guests enjoyed the edit version during the banquet A LOT! But his final product....took ages....
Funny thing is, about 1.5 yrs after got married, when I had dim sum in the same restaurant, the server says "I remembered you had wedding in restaurant before...I remembered your video". That's amazing

Is Bailey expensive?  How much does he charges?  The ones I have asked about so far is about $3000!!

well. I personally don't like his style...I guess I have been to too many wedding that hired him.  His video and style has been the same since 10+ years ago.

I don't like the Bailey's style either, u can even tell it's his production because he just   reused the same template again and again.

I hired him because he took video for my sister and I saw what he can do (i've been to other weddings that hired him as well)....and I know there are moments he can capture without any disappointments....so far.

My sister's co-worker hired some random videographer for her wedding, and ended up in disaster...all you could see in that video was a white blob walking down the aisle with EVERYONE's heads in the way....and then the videographer trying out all the camera / video features any way and any time he feels like it.....my sister's friend was sooo mad afterwards...but the bad thing is....once it's done, it's done.  she can't re-marry again just so she could have a nicer wedding video...

Bailey charges around 2k if i remember correctly...plus a fee to make a short clip of the wedding day during the banquet for show....however, prices are negotiable.

Thanks Lamukeno!  I guess vidoegraphers are much more expensive than photographers.  My photographer costs under $2k (digitial files) only.  I see some videographers charge $3.5k and above.  He has only done 2 or 3 videos... Lion open big mouth!

For weddings (i'm planning for my own)...it's always good to cut cost...but there are some expenses that you have to ask yourself, "will i look back and regret i actually did that just to cut cost?".

to me...makeup artist, photographer, and a videographer are the things that i don't want to look back and regret about hiring them.   

i would suggest you to cut down on expenses that you know even if you spend a fortune on it...people won't remember it afterwards....
