We had the same shxt too, last time we were waiting also 30mins which was fine, but they gave the table to other peoples who came late, so my mom asked them Why? and my mom wanted to see the manager, and the man told us i am the manager, if you don't like here, don't eat here. so from now on we never went back again. Further more, they are the only one in Crystal Mall that area. So they don't mind to get some customers angry. it is because there are a lot of customer. go to BBB la.

I don't know if it's because of this post or if it's coz the staff / manager reconize me. When I went recently, their attitude totally changed! Actually, to a point that they were so nice that gave me the goose bumps by being too "hot air"!
Anyway, I hope they will keep up the good service!
