Would that be really any difference to say "****ing Chinese!", "****ing Korean!", "****ing Canadian!", "****ing pig!", "****ing a**hole!", "****ing idiot!"...? Would that guy be any happier?

if you do not initiate the first fist. there is something called self defense.
the one being detented should be the one throwing the first blow not the Korean.
He got a broken nose, he asked for it, he should have extra broken ribs as well.....
give him a jump side kick... that will stop all bullying thereafter!

I guess "self defence" is a complicated issue.  It's not as simple as who threw the punch first.  Can you kill the person (a bit exaggerated but same idea) saying he threw you a punch first?  Well, actually the police did it to the Polish guy...
