I  had a dinner at Sequoia Grill, their Caeser Salad is very good.

By the way, I made it at home. not bad. next time I will teach u.

Romaine needed to be washed, they are full of sands and mud,
while iceberg is cleaner and most of the time cooks do not wash them;
so bet on your luck.
BTW, lot of restaurants are using baby green which is pre-washed,
just open the bag and serve.
