Hmm... according to multiple articles... the defendent's lawyer claims that:

A - true, indeed the defendent have violated Boeing's policy is storing these documents outside of the company designated premise.

B - It's also true that the Chinese gov't have probed into possibility of 'buying out' these confidential information. However I've not seen an article that concretely said that there's evidence that he have received gains and have actually provided these confidential information to the Chinese gov't...

Being a minority and having any sort of perceived conflict of interest with big US corporations seems to result in 'shoot first, ask questions later' treatments.... A diversion from the problems on hand? Or a beginning to protectionism?? Probably just some BS from me LOL.

小弟有幸係波音做過.
1) 合約上寫明所有資料係保密.  
2) 講到明美國政府係有好嚴格出口限制. Export Regurlation. 任何cross border, even just through Internet 係要好小心, 同要得到approval.
3) 成日有關於呢方面既 training

裡面個個都知, 講到明公司export restricted 文件唔可以隨便帶返屋企, 就算俾老婆見都唔得, 更何況第三者或販賣.

so, 點佢都係衰左.
