Never knew there's this new section on LYK just on drinks. I like to drink a bit here n there n try out diff stuff. No expert taster here, but seriously lacking chances to crack open the small but growing collection of wine and other alcohols I got.

Wondering if anybody have any interest in any sort of monthly/bi-weekly gathering for wine + cheese. My initial thinking is something like...

- 5+ people for 2+ bottles and 2+ kind of cheese per night, just so there is some contrast in palate.
- Rotation of people on each event to come up with wine + cheese pair, and do some small research about the wine/cheese or the region to educate others

I'm guessing it'd take at least 7~8 people to be interested for this to take off. Otherwise it'd be hard to consume 2 bottles and let people drive home afterwards.
