cuz that police dude stupidly blocks the other lanes, and used a lamp to blind the driver.... just like how you can't see as far when you got high beemed from the opposing traffic.

the police should park their car in front of the horses. And why are the policemen pulling the driver out, should've let the paramedics do the job.
