T&T has it on sale for 9.9 per pound.

Just wondering how to look lobster?

LOL or be like a gwai lo and put it in the oven, then make butter & garlic sauce. or bake it with cheese!!

i like chinese style more though. cut the lobster, fry it a little bit then cook it with 1/2 cream. sooo goooood!

GRILL GRILL GRILL ..

Just put them into your BBQ grill...  ( RELEASE PEE first )

It is a bit cruel ... they will keep making noise inside ..  

But .. yummy!

we found it on youtube... if u search .. but my bf basically poke a chopstick tho a whole at the back....
Would T&T help to kill and chop the lobster for you?

You don't need to cook it....eat it raw....LOL lobster sashimi!!!  just kidding, lots of bacteria if not frozen first...

head -> lobster bisque, you can find receipe online
lobster tail -> baked or Chinese style up to you, I prefer baked because it's easier at home

RELEASE ...  easliest way to do it ..  is using a chop stick ..  ( but imagine, do it to yourself ! lol )

You can "KILL" the lobster before cooking it ...

However, when eating lobster sashimi .. more cruel ..  eating it's body when it is still moving .....

~ 1.5 lbs is the best size ... usually, "HARD MEAT" when over 2 lbs ..

Yeah .. boil/steam is the easliest way, and just dip with melt butter ...   dont need anything ..

But BBQ grill is so much better!

Btw, this is how I cook Lobster: Seperate the head and tail. Just boil the tail, dip in garlic butter on top of tea light. Split the head in half, mixed pesto, garlic and butter and oven bake.

Depends on different dishes and how you cook it, 1.5-2 lbs could be too small.

Not only Van la..  price from Edmonton T&T is different to T&T in Calgary la..  some items are almost 20% more here ..

( ops.. should CHIU YIN PING make a youtube for it too?? lol )

Ontario's TnT sold much cheaper than BC one.  They have lobster on sale for 5.99 per pound.

well... the easyest way to cook it... is cook one big pot of water, cook teil boil, put lobster in, keep boil for 8 mins (2lb lobster), it would come out very nicely, and just milt some butter(the hard one).. i prefer with salt, but it's really up to you

No la.. dont ask them to cut for u ..

May be you can ask them to "RELEASE PEE" for you, but you need to cook them right the way ..

Better cook them BEFORE they die .. or just after they die ..

Lobsters are either freshly killed, or boiled and refrigerated. Fresh is both safer and taste better.
Once killed, the quality deteriorate very quickly and money goes down to the drain

I do not know why it's on sale.  You better to ask TnT Marketing department...
