The main purpose is for members to create their own groups and it has a chatting function.

Can you copy the exact error message you see?

Eg,

this is a forum and the other one is more like group + blog thing. I think the trend might be the group thing. It is like you create your own category and post. If you like travel category, you can create the group and people like travel too can join the share discussion.
In the future, it might replace this if the other one got enough posts.
