Has anyone booked their pre-wedding photo package from Lovely Wedding, along with the video + photo package for the actual wedding day? What about Hung Niang or Charlie's?

They have samples of their indoor and outdoor pre-wedding photos. But how's the quality of the photos from wedding day? And what about the video?

you might want to check out photographers that does wedding day only... because if u pick the place that did your pre-wedding photos as well as actual wedding day, then the style of the photos might be the same in some way

Err.......... sorry to say, but it doesn't make sense to me. So in other words, if the same photographer take pictures for you at a park and a beach (for example), the style and the pose probably would be the same, so you need two different photographers? I think, if the photographer is 有料 enough, there shouldn't be a problem la. And of course, 有料 and price is usually in proportion.

i've looked at hee actually. do you know how much do they charge for photos on wedding day? i have the pre wedding package prices and i'm still waiting for a reply with wedding day photos and/or video.

it really depends which package you want and how many hours are you asking hee photographers to stay with you on your wedding day.

Raima & others you can pm me for hee creations pricing I got a "limited edition" package quote which is available for client referrals only and it is suitable for long coverage like chinese weddings.

hee creations doesn't prefer to spread this package around so just pm me~

If you have to pick in between HN & Charlie, I will go with HN. Charlie's quality is not very consistent. I don't know anybody who worked with Lovely Wedding tho, people usually hire them for makeup and dress rental.

well obviously the poses you use for pre-wedding photos would be different from the actual wedding day. but if u hv the same photographer for your wedding day, they might use the same techniques (not pose) as each photographers tends to use their own style

2cents 個人意見, pre-wedding 同 wedding day既skills 都唔exactly 一樣, 我會覺得pre-wedding 我要求photographer 響構圖上做得好, 知道點樣編排, 點樣去指導新人拍攝, 好似導演0甘

wedding day 既我覺得首先photographer 一定要夠眼明手快,　要細心，因為有D shot, 個刻無左就影唔到, 想補都補唔返，而且無得預先鋪排定，　點樣剎那間捕足得靚

當然如果兩樣skill set都有就最好啦, 不過我覺得好多時我覺得都未必姐
有個性既攝影師我覺得同常都影得好, 但做wedding day photograher就未必0甘適合， (純粹新人感想, 太自我既攝影師可能會miss 0甘Ｄ新人自己覺得珍貴既鏡頭，攝影師可能覺得唔重要唔唯美就唔影）　０甘樣既攝影師我覺得拍pre-wedding會好D

i find it difficult to find a good photographer for actual wedding day photos is because every action/move is on-the-go. unlike pre-wedding photos in a studio; there's no take-two when it's the real thing.

all i know is..... go to a store and look at their pre-wedding photos. hoping they'll also do wedding day shoot and will do a good job. in their stores, they don't have actual photo albums from the wedding day, only the pre-wedding photos. that makes it difficult to judge...

Raima,

Not sure about Charlie and HN, but HEE and M4 both provide wedding day photo samples.
One more tip if it's even possible, do ask for samples picked from various moments from the same wedding (starting from tea ceremony, ceremony, reception, details, group pic, portraits etc etc)

It's hard to judge whether the photographer is good by just looking at the best 10 picture of the entire album.

Photography is a very subjective thing. If you have enough time, go experience yourself to browse some of top wedding photographer 's site/blog. More and more you look at those, you can have more sense of what you like and what you should look into when you seach for your photographer. We might NOT know how to take a good photo, but it kinda trains you how to judge a picture you may like.

唔好0甘講啦, 我已經結左架啦, 亦因為0甘先可以分享呢D experience. 始終vancouver 來來去去都果幾個人, 但我覺得最好唔好因為0甘就以為結婚相就一定得0甘款.

例如好似呢度好hit 既M4 同HEE, 兩個我都browse 過full album, 好難話邊個好D, 你要知道自己鐘意0羊先囉

M4 傳統D, 但阿Ken 幾醒目, 一take 過, 呢樣未眼明手快囉, 得幾張你會覺得好靚, 其他無0羊特別, 好standardized, 但唔會話爆曬光, 影到歪晒, 四四正正, 長輩們好care D相sharp 唔sharp 架嘛, 呢樣我肯定M4做得到

HEE artistic D, 好明顯contrast tune 得勁D,
拿...講明先, 我唔反對PS 既, 你估執得靚好容易０羊，　參考下http://www.gettotallyrad.com/　你會見到ＰＳ可以幾重要, 但如果你唔buy 後期製作既就未必是你杯茶

但我覺得HEE個style好似tune 得朦朧左D,  不過純粹my preference, 可能你鐘意, 仲覺得有feel D添
