呢件事件重點係呢位女仕究竟做過o的乜同講過o的乜...

如果該女仕主動俾張飛個年輕人，o個個月台人員一定會提醒車飛係唔可以轉讓﹔按照常理，月台人員都唔會作出任何激烈行動........

總之成件事聽落好古怪...

wonder if the video would be release in anyways.. or maybe someone actually have it recorded on their cell phone.. so that we can see it on youtube..!

To be fair to both sides, release the video. Too bad there isn't anyone that recorded it on their phone, or is there? One of the sides must be more or less... lying...

If Translink plan to sue then they must be pretty sure of winning. The video probably shows the transit cops did the right thing. This doesnt look good on Ms Chan.

Translink's internal review will favor the cops of course but the Canadian justice system is more open and transparent in comparison.

even you are 100% rihgt, if you have no proof, don't do anything.
You watch news these days, the bus driver plays sudoku while driving and the Abby police use excess force to the drugs suspects are all caught on tape.
Then those authorities will follow, media will follow. Hopefully, justice will serve.
