My Shaw speed stayed at 7.5M, and they increased the upload speed to 1M, no more 50KB/s upload!! Yay!!

it's been up and down....sometimes it's back to normal sometimes it's turtle....
I already reset everything, unplugged everything, plugged again....
and I'm in east vancouver area.....

Yes, you are right. I experience the same problem last night and the download rate is less then 30K. It seems something wrong with Telus network.

i live in east van too, i don't notice any difference of my internet speed. but when i checked on telus website last time. i found that they changed the speed range of "high speed" internet from 2.0-6.0Mbps to 1.5-6.0 Mbps, not sure why, but maybe that's the way to push people to take the 'high speed turbo"作者: pkphilip 時間: 2009-11-10 21:12
The speed ranges from 1.2-6.0? So it varies??? Shaw's Powerboost can speed up short connection up to 24Mbps...
