食家蔡瀾說，這是心理不平衡表現；關注動物組織說，這是人性完全埋沒的體現。他們說的是一道中國菜，名為「呼叫魚」，上菜時，魚身已烹熟，但魚頭還生猛得可以張合嘴巴。近日有人上載短片，引來網民討伐。

蔡瀾：食客心態不平衡

最近有人把享用「呼叫魚」的過程拍成短片放上網，片段所見，相信是一群香港食客在內地點了這道菜。似是鯉魚的魚身在上桌時已經煮熟，淋上配料與汁液，但魚頭仍然活生生的，有人用筷子篤幾下，魚嘴即一開一合。

短片已有過萬人看過，評論是彈多過讚。有網民說：「邊個發明呢個食法 o架？應該有報應。」又有人痛斥：「我唔明白點解片入面嘅人會笑得出，仲為咗拍到條魚郁而用筷子篤佢嘅口同鰓！」

食家蔡瀾說，多年前已見識過這道菜，而且在內地頗普遍，「廚師用一條濕毛巾包住魚頭，魚身浸落油裏面炸，所以個身熟咗，個頭仲會郁。」他說這道菜的發明正好顯示了人性殘忍的一面，「啲人覺得咁樣好新鮮，其實食呢道菜嘅人係心態唔平衡，應該係唔識食！」呼叫魚多數選生命力強的鯇魚或鯉魚。動物地球總幹事黃繼仁說，這是文明大倒退，作為中國人應該引以為恥，「我都唔明白人性去咗邊，咁樣同食猴子腦冇乜分別，完全係人性埋沒！」

傳染病醫生勞永樂說，食用「呼叫魚」很高危。淡水魚體內含有甚多病毒，除常見的霍亂菌，魚鰓魚嘴常含有肝吸蟲，可導致膽管閉塞及膽管炎，嚴重的會奪命。

but it just similar to the fish sashimi in japan .  after they cut the meat, they put it back on the bone.  when you eat it, the fish is still alive.  watched some videos about japanese eating culture recently, they are not any better than chinese, but haven't heard any japanese said 作為japanese應該引以為恥.
i don't think eating 呼叫魚 is good, but howcome chinese is the one that always got complains

i think i've seen some similar clip from youtube too. it was a fish and they cut out the meat and then put the fish back in the tank so it can continue to swim.....

and there was another one and i think it was frog sashimi, and the body and head were part of the "decoration" on the plate

You have to understand that Lik is a self-hating Chinese. He was probably kicked out of Japan, but still kowtow to the Japanese. This is Just another example of Lik's anti-Chinese attitude.

yes, Japanese has some dishes that are cruel to animals, but right now, what I saw from the internet/news paper is, we Chinese are now inventing more and more dishes that are 顯示了人性殘忍的一面 and 心態唔平衡

0的人話 魚身上冇神經線 所以佢地唔知痛
鯉魚係首選 因為生命力強 離水都可以生存一段時間

Because we are Chinese and we should learn from our mistake.  Who cares about Japanese's brutal eating habits.  We should try to change our own race first before forcing other race to change.

It's not about pointing fingers, peter.  When are you going to learn.  Yes there are many other bad things other countries have done but Chinese has done many bad things too.  

When pointing out Chinese has mistakes, your first reaction was "Japanese has done the same thing too." Sound like you are saying "why cannot Chinese do it..."

People tend to say something based on their emotion when they see things like this, which is quite all right, after all we are supposed to feel empathy as a normal human being. The facts are there, let it stand on its own and look in the mirror.

其實日本魚生都經常用呢招。無論係魚﹐蝦﹐八爪魚﹐都會以"未死得晒"顯刀功顯氣派。

當然﹐接唔接受就係另一回事啦。好多人覺得殘忍係因為現今社會大部份城市人對食物由來一無所知﹐亦視而不見。幾多人好似20-30年前嘅家庭煮婦日日擋鷄殺鴨? 而家D人斬魚都無力﹐見到任何會跳動物都大呼大叫。美女廚房係最好例證。

I used to work in restaurant so killing live frogs is no big deal but I think killing and preparing food is very different from enjoying a meal while the food is still moving its mouth.

Live Lobster sashimi is the most common thing to eat. It's being served in most Jap restaurants in Vancouver too! I personally don't enjoy it. As a matter of fact, I don't like sashimi.

However, these videos reminds me monkey brains eating. That's the worst extreme! really gross me out!
