- (Ikea) 99 cents breakfast.
- (Ikea or Costco) Hotdog.
- (Richmond center food court sushi) they have half price sales before closing
- (Yohan) some dishes are on sales after 8:00PM.  Buy dishes and cook rice self and it would last two - three days.

I'm one of those people who can't stand eating the same thing too often within a week...
that's how my mom made me dislike the food that i used to like eating...
when i have something that i like to eat...my mom started serving it at least 3 times a week and in the end i had too much of it and started avoiding that certain dish

cook at home is the cheapest way, and its easy

first of all, one needs some first class nutritional information
when i am at the superstore, or in the library, i browse the magazine Men's health, or women's health
and pick up some tips on the latest views on nutritions

the things we should have in our diet are whole grains and vegetable
that means one should stop eating white rice, and eat brown rice only

my favourite breakfast is
one spoonful of oatmeal
equal amount of quinoa , cornmeal , buck wheat, barley
plus cocoa

cook for a few minutes, then add cabbage let it heat for a minute or two

this meal has all the phytochemicals for optimum  antioxidant effects,
its a anti-all meal, anti aging, anti cancer, anti devil
a meal made for a happy day , and a long long life

eat this everyday, until you have had enough of life, and is ready to fade away

food court, generally pretty affordable.

Although home cooking is nice, I crave for MSG sometimes.. haha...

仲有一個方法就係開茄汁豆撈飯﹐有益兼好味。。。或者煮粟米粥﹐買一罐粟米倒落粥度﹐又易整又好味又有益。

Blanch broccoli, can add a few meat ball if you crave meat.  Buy some veggie like gai lan, bok choy, stir fry with garlic/ginger.  Fry egg with luncheon meat.  Toonie tuesday KFC.  Steam spareribs.  Lots of fruits after a meal.  Plus lots of other simple dish.  That is how I eat when I was living alone far away from home for four years.

lol....why would i give up an office job to be a waiter? (although i'm not getting paid much)
作者: shutterbug    時間: 2008-3-12 14:29

being a waiter isn't that bad but depending on where you work....sometimes you get 100 bucks tips a night and that's cash!

stock up TV dinners when they are on special...

relatively cheap... and don't have to do clean ups afterward!
