There are tons of bots out there. that's why a lot of sites implement those "read this text in a messed up picture and punch the text in this box" to protect from bots.

Because he likes to challenge others and likes to piss others. I do not know if he really means what he says about the racism but I know for sure he enjoyed pissing off others. He wants people to know that is him and he is back. I bet he is enjoying that people cursing at him too.
