我試過好幾間了,唔知有冇人試過「有骨氣」呢? 置地那間 " Posh " 試過,一般啦,不過唔係幾鍾意個 soy sauce soup base ! 唔知大家有冇好介紹呢?

personally.. i rather hotpot at home.

buy Siu Fay Yeung soup base, and all the ingredients u like from supermarket 2000.  Their fat beef slices are pretty good.

I buy unsliced beef from them, but the other ingredients are not so good and on the expensive side.
I still have to go the Aberdeen to buy bean products and vegetables.

Wagyu beef is too rich for me, cannot eat too much as for normal hotpot.
It si supposed to be reserved for special occasions.

The thing about Japanese wagyu beef is that they have very mild beef flavour. American Kobe beef has stronger flavour.

The US Wagyu is Japanese Wagyu crossed with US Angus steers.
It is more versatile in cooking and much cheaper. Unfortunately
it is only available wholesale
