I just received an letter from my parking company (EASY PARK)
they say starting January 1, 2010 the PST rate on the purchase price of parking rights will increase from 7% to FXXKEN 21%

I was like what the PHO

my monthly parking is $80

I pay $89.60 now

with the FXXKEN tax

now I have to pay $100.80

THATS LIKE $10 more

TAX alone is 26% which comes to $20.8

you FXXKEN kidding me......$20.8 on tax for parking!!!!

this gives me another reason to move back to HKG

STUPID!!!!!!!!!!

I think ppl really have to come out and just protest or rally and tell what our thought is to the govn't......

To me it seems like you only have 2 options.
Either to not drive or to move back to HK.

My guess is that you won't give up driving no matter what.
So moving back to HK is your best option.

Actually the State of Washington is so broke. Well the entire US is broke.

But I don't really care if they raise gas taxes or sales taxes, as long as they keep income taxes low.

Do more tax planning to reduce your income tax. Try to recover a little bit.
