Our personal trainer LOK is very professional. He can stopped in the middle of hot pot event and drag us twin to the gym room for work out.

Oh, just in case there are more daughter want to join in our session nor as a promotional item.

Other than weight personal trainer. On the side, we offer yoga classes. I am sure Biu So can be a perfect yoga teacher. Us twin will immediately consult with biu so to have yoga classes!

實（性）力 - Lok will be his personal trainer...  腰力exercise is very important other than overall muscle/toned attractiveness

Charm - we gotta get him new wardrobe. appearance is the first impression that will surely charm females! as for personality charm, just polishing out the rough corners will be fine ga la~

I know American Beauty is a photographer. Last month we went for a drink and I saw her work. I don't know anything about photography nor anything technical about it... but i like her work & her style. She was saying that when we are still young, we should take more pics... so it's an awsome opportunity for the Duckies to capture the youth of their golden lifetime right now

the main reason why girls are scared away by the brown dudes is because the brown dudes are usually gang related (i really don't mean to sterotype, but you guys know what i mean ga la...from the news & etc.) and they will drug girls. this is because my friend's friends (2 girls) gotten drugged on a saturday night packed with brown wolves. my friend had to rush to save the 2 girls & take them both to the hospital. that's another reason why i don't go plush on saturdays, & only go fridays if i have to.

cllo, I think the best way for you to get your seat in the round table, is to post up your own profile.
This is exactly what we did last year, and we successfully hooked up quite a few candidates.
The successful rate is EXTREMELY HIGH given that it is a free service.
Then again, we had also worked our two mama's way too hard over hooking people up.
Had to lecture those LL (Lowlifes) on how to get girls... but overall, it's all good

BTW, That profile has to be honest. Any BS like I am a rich, educated gentleman that absolutely want a soul mate and don't want to get laid. Just want to have someone special to watch sunset with me and cuddle when I need someone to comfort me is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

So I still survive, my best friend (guy friend) said I look too angry or cocky in the club, so nobody dare to approach me or want to approach me... hmmmm...you guys go to gay clubs like celebrities?  I went there a couple of weeks ago on a tuesday...apparently it was straight night and my sis knows the bouncers there so we got in for free...it was actually pretty nice...there was this guy that had such a good body shape, but he looked wayyyy too gay!
i was thinking that it might actually be fun to go once in a while with some frds hahahahaaa...though i always feel that some guy will hit on me because i'm one of those slim and gay looking guys that even my mom said people will believe i'm gay because i'm always too well-mannered to strangers with a slightly girly tone(?)...

Hai ar, everyone think I must be crazy as I always allow caveman to dress feminine. My mom always shake her head whenever see caveman wear those jacket or style because his face is very girly but I don't see anything wrong with that because he really does look better with feminine clothes wor!!

p.s. But he is not slim la, he just looks slim but he has board shoulder for his size~I always tease him that he has a hot market in gay community man. I don't mind he sells his a$$ in order to get some quick cash, just make sure he wear double condom kakakkakakaka

Actually working in the club washroom is a good idea, especially in gay bar.

tonight, i made 冬瓜lap鴨腎 soup base hotpot at home. i think i'm allergic to lamb lor... so cham... i started puking >_< i felt like that once when i was at the lansdowne 小肥羊hotpot when i ate the lamb too. but the weirdest thing is...if i eat lamb rack, lamb shank in western restaurant...i'm fine wor. & i can eat chinese 羊lam煲   it's just if i eat lam with plain hotpot seems to be problem

and i almost get hit by this friggin senior driving a CRV this morning...when he didnt shoulder check! i slam hard breaks & honk at him... i think he death lor...cus when i cut back infront of him to get away from his slow but unsafe driving, he is still driving so calmly like nothing happened!!
