what happen when you look like a homeless guy and some people insist to give you money

according to the canada criminal code. this could be considered as false pretense. for personal financial gain. i know that. but in practice. its not that easy to get done.

(A) i was eating from the garbage and some guy approached me asked me to take his money. amount varies from a bunch of change to a 50 dollar US.

(B) i have taken monetary donation like that for i dunno how much and how long until few years ago. i got myself familiar with the law. and started to say no.

(C) i have been taking out my bank card from my wallet and show them. worse comes to worst. i will tell them how much money i have at my bank account.

(D) believe me. i have met people who insist to give me their bills or otherwise they will slit their wrist. (you cannot imagine all kinds of people approach me with their problems and expect me to give them a solution)

(E) some people simply do not wanna believe. a dirty looking man who picks up cigarette buds and eats out of the dumpsters. will not accept. their money. (plus he says he has money. he must be crazy. i have pissed some people off this way. and they never talked to me again. like i have hurted their self esteem.)

(F) not recommend to anyone else to eat out of garbage. according to the vancouver coastal health. for those who know me for years (in real life not virtual reality). they eventually leave me alone.

(maybe once in awhile like christmas time. some guy will have a mental breakdown. and no matter what. if i dont take his money. he is not walking away.)

i guess. the main thing is. when it comes to money. there is no room for false pretense and misrepresentation.

以前排隊排得多。

講真。排隊等開飯。好悶嘅。有時仲要聽啲牧師。講一大輪。大佬。個個都係等開飯。邊會聽你講 eh。同埋。community meal 啲質素。同我喺 dumpster 發掘出嚟嘅。差好遠。我都係一個對食好講究嘅。流浪漢。

以前 UGM （union gospel mission）有麵包派。sometimes from bread garden。我都係常客嚟㗎。仲住過嚮佢地搞嗰間 affordable housing。on Heatley Ave。

成棟大廈。都係 alcoholic。都係個名堂姐。有時。為咗搵食。唔理得咁多。that was year 2002。唔知家吓。棟嘢有無轉手。唉。都好多年無行番嗰頭。舊時。仲日日同 strathcona 班退休阿伯打乒乓波。

寫咗咁多。另類生活。你地。頂得順無。

i dont know. maybe there is nothing wrong with them. and since they think there is something wrong with me. maybe there is. 呢鋪真係: 橫眉冷對千夫指. sometimes i camouflage myself in places where people do not know me. as a friend.

oh. what is their purpose. some people are suicidal. in the sense of giving their money away. and since i am the bum. and most people believe i will never say no to money. this guy is easy.

although. there are different situations. some are on a mission. with a religious group. first they gave me a $5 bill. then they started preaching.

very rarely. there are people associated with drugs. and illegal activities. they need some new blood.

most of them. were just being nice. cause when they see me pushing this heavy cart with bags and bags of cans. and not enough sleep. they just wanna make my day.

以下內容涉及犯罪成份。讀者非必要時切勿模仿。違者後果自負。

拿。首先。將銀行啲錢。轉晒去第個戶口。跟住。隔得半年到一年到。同政府講話：你無錢。要羅救濟金。與此同時。羅啲有關精神病既書。睇吓。觀察吓。啲精神病人既 behavior。得閒就。去啲 public place。無人識你既地方。實習吓。睇吓啲人既 reaction。observe。and see。if they believe。you are crazy。到你。練到有番咁上下功力。對自己都幾有信心。你可以。入去啲政府部門度 show off。

記住。呢個 step 係。無得番轉頭。當你。被政府認定咗你有精神問題。知道你既個人資料。之後。佢地係。好難好難好難都唔會放人。同埋。eventually 佢地係會將你 refer 比 mental health team。你要有信心。去說服（至少）一個精神科醫生。令到佢相信。你係黐線。（記住：呢個 step 係好難好難好難返轉頭。）

不過。與此同時。you are on the wagon。政府個 system 會照住你。你可以進一步。同啲醫生講。話你聽到有人同你講野。meanwhile 記住。你係傻既。有時 make sense。有時九唔答八。最好。練埋。全身肌肉下意識震動。嚮適當既時候。用黎 impress your psychiatrist。（尤其係嚮佢以為你以為佢睇唔到你既時候。你就要專登露出啲馬腳。要記住：當你係一個精神病人。你會嘗試去掩飾。但係有時控制唔到。做啲野出黎。比佢落簿。）

你會衣食無憂。係乜都唔洗你做果隻。you dont have to be smart or pretty or good at anything。except you have to be crazy。你會。無晒。human right and freedom。如果你入左間大醫院。會有專人 24 小時陪住你。如果你決定要好番。佢地會睇情況。或者。會放番你出黎。

以上係本人於 2003 至 2004 年期間曾經觸犯既精神健康法以及刑事法（mental health act and criminal code) 你絕對有權懷疑本文作者既精神健康狀態。剩係識打句號。一定係有病。

咦。好似講漏咗啲附帶條件：

（A）要食 anti psychotic medicine。即係。鎮靜劑。啲藥。會 slow down 你嘅 thought process。

（B）話明。無人權。即係：無得唔食。會有人睇住你吞。

（C）如果你選擇唔食。都 OK。會由專人定時同你 inject。即係。打針。

總之。個方法就係咁。有唔少人食呢行飯。如果你唔知道唔明白乜野叫做自由乜野係人權。當你冇咗之後。你可能會明多啲啲。（事先聲明：呢種痛苦可以慘過失戀同杏家橙）

嘩。唔知點回應。

有人食藥食到。總之好多 side effect。不過。見過啲。阿叔阿伯。好似適應左。同正常人一樣。

我食藥食左半年到。後尾。放人。就開始自動減肥。（ i mean 水腫）

識得有條友。擘大眼講大話。拎啲藥去賣。跟住。同醫生講話食左。查到佢就大_鑊。

不過通常都係 randomly select 既。未必抽中你。
你地通常係將粒藥放在舌頭下。扮吞左。行遠D。吐返粒藥出黎。冇人知。
